Important Notice

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

Age Requirements

You must be an adult of legal age in your country of residence to accept these terms. If you are under the legal age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement on your behalf.

License Terms

Your use of Under Realm is licensed, not sold. This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not specifically granted are reserved by Metacraft Studio.

Account Creation and Usage

To play Under Realm, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you must:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Create a unique username and secure password
Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
Accept responsibility for all activities on your account

Code of Conduct

While using Under Realm, you agree to:

Play fairly and not use cheats or exploits
Respect other players and avoid abusive behavior
Not engage in any form of harassment or hate speech
Not manipulate the ranking system or game economy

Virtual Items and Currency

Virtual items and currency in Under Realm:

Have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money
Are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Metacraft Studio
Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the game
May be modified or removed at our discretion

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Under Realm if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

Your access to the game will be revoked
You will lose access to your account and all virtual items
No refunds will be provided for virtual items or currency

Changes to Service

Metacraft Studio reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue game features
Update the game client and require latest version
Perform maintenance that may interrupt service
Change these terms with notice to users

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metacraft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Under Realm.
